Accreditation for the World Chess Cup 2009
Dear participants, trainers, and accompanying persons,
For making procedure of accreditation at the World Cup 2009 quick we ask you to send your photos to the OC (pointing out your names) in JPEG format, the size of photos 3 x 4 cm . to e-mail: accreditation@biathlon.ru till 20.10.2009 .
• Accommodation
Three hotels are offered for accommodation of participants of the World Cup. They are:
Ugra Valley about 15 minutes by car to the Playing hall,
Taray about 10 minutes on foot to the Playing hall,
Ugra about 5 minutes on foot to the Playing hall.
In order to book a hotel you need to fill in the application form F2 and send it to the OC to e-mail: accommodation@biathlon.ru till 20.10.2009.
If any participant of the competition wants to pay for accommodation from his prize money, we ask you to register your desire in the form F2 point 4. By checking-out you should sign the hotel receipt, and then the sum signed by you in the receipt will be taken off your prize money for paying for accommodation.
• Visa
The applications for getting invitation for visa the forms F1A (for countries from the EU) and F1 should be given to the OC to e-mail: ugra-chess@ugra-chess.ru not later than 05.11.2009.
• Transport
Dear World Cup participants !
Please, note that you should buy by yourself tickets for flight Moscow Khanty-Mansiysk !
OC Khanty-Mansiysk didn't reserve any seats for flight, as it did at the last World Cups. Please , buy the tickets beforehand !
